Worship leading for camps, retreats, and church weekends.
I'll lead, MD, or both. Bring a team or plug into yours. Sunday is my rep.
You're responsible for a service, a retreat, or a whole camp week, and everything rides on the music landing. You don't need someone to show up and play songs. You need someone who can plan a set, prep the band, and handle the room when it doesn't cooperate.
That's the job I do every single Sunday.
Who it's for
- —Churches needing a worship leader or MD for a Sunday or a weekend.
- —Camps and retreats that need someone who can carry a week without losing the room.
- —Events that need a leader who plans well and flows in the moment.
What I bring
Planning
A set with a reason, not a playlist.
Leading
Pastoral in the room, present in the moment.
Directing
The band prepped, the flow clear, the audible called when the room changes.
Teams
I can bring a team or plug into yours and invest in your people, not just play over them.
Proof
13 years of Sundays at Mercy Hill. Multiple campuses. 9 camps in one summer at Crowder's Ridge, each a different room, a different church culture, a different set of students.
