Greensboro, NC — Worship Music Producer
Worship
production for
churches & artists
I produce, mix, and master worship music, working alongside music directors and artists to turn a rough idea or live demo into something a congregation can carry home.

Selected work
A few curated pieces rather than a full catalog — each one is a real production engagement, not a demo reel.

Center Grove Church — Song 1
Production, mixing, mastering
A 3-song worship production engagement — full arrangement, mix, and master for a church building out its first original catalog.
Services
Production, mixing, mastering, and recording consultation — scoped to what your song actually needs.
Production
Full song production from a voice memo, lead sheet, or live demo — arrangement, instrumentation, and a session built for how your team will actually play it on Sunday.
Mixing
Clean, present mixes balanced around the voice and the room — built to hold up on a church PA and translate on headphones and streaming.
Mastering
Tonal balance and loudness matched to modern streaming targets, run through a Neve-style analog chain via a UAD Apollo Twin.
Recording consultation
Mic placement, gain staging, and session prep guidance so your recordings start clean — before a single fader moves.
Process
If you've never commissioned production before, here's exactly what to expect.
01
Send a demo
A rough recording, reference track, or lead sheet — plus a rough sense of your timeline.
02
Discovery call
A free 15-minute call to talk through the vision, instrumentation, and where the song is headed.
03
Quote and timeline
A clear scope and price before any work begins — no surprises.
04
Production with checkpoints
You hear rough mixes at key stages along the way, not just a final reveal.
05
Delivery
Final masters, stems on request, and full rights transfer on final payment.

About
I'm Joe Richardson, Worship Associate Director at Mercy Hill Church in Greensboro, NC, and a producer for worship teams and artists who want their recordings to sound as intentional as the songs themselves.
My background spans classical brass, jazz, folk, and bluegrass — across thirteen instruments — and that range shows up in how I arrange and produce, even when the goal is a straightforward worship track.
Every project runs through a UAD Apollo Twin with a Neve 1073-style preamp, in Logic Pro, toward a master that holds up on a church PA and on streaming.
Get in touch
Send a reference track and a rough timeline for a quote — or just say hello with where the project stands.
